Privacy Policy.
The short version: we collect almost nothing, we sell nothing, and analytics only runs if you say yes.

Who we are
Input Trace LLC is a cybersecurity and cloud-infrastructure consultancy. You can reach us at info@inputtrace.com or (810) 207-1092. This policy covers inputtrace.com; work performed for clients is governed by a separate written agreement.

What we collect from the contact form
The contact form on this site does not transmit anything to our servers. It composes an email in your own mail application, addressed to info@inputtrace.com — we receive only what you choose to send, and only when you send it.
Information you email us — typically your name, contact details, and whatever you write — is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Analytics — only with your consent
If you accept analytics on the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled. It reports which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and general device and region information. We use this solely to understand and improve the site.
If you decline — or simply never answer — no analytics script loads and no analytics data is collected. You can change your choice at any time on the Cookies page.
- [04]
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run the site (Google Analytics, and our hosting provider, which processes standard server logs). We run no advertising or marketing trackers.
- [05]
Retention
Email correspondence is retained as long as needed to handle your inquiry and meet ordinary business-record obligations. Analytics data is retained under Google Analytics’ standard retention controls and is not tied to your identity.
- [06]
Your choices
You can use the entire site without accepting analytics. You can ask us what correspondence we hold from you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@inputtrace.com. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be noted plainly — no silent rewrites.
